Must have requirements:

• Excellent programming skills in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 best practices
• Experience working with React or Preact frameworks
• Experience building public-facing portals or commerce websites
• Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, or other build tools
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Understand and follow the design system and atomic design principles
• University degree - Master of Informatics or similar
• Min 3-4 years of frontend development experience
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and a high-quality mindset
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Ability to work remotely from Croatia

Nice to have requirements:

• Basic understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) page structure, components, templates, policies, and client libraries
• Working familiarity with HTL (Sightly) and data coming from Sling Models 
• Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) in React, or frameworks like Next.js
• Experience building and training other developers
• Experience in performance optimization (Core Web Vitals)
