Sales Partner EMEIA or NOAM

Must have requirements:

  • Proven experience selling Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) services or other enterprise-level digital experience platforms
  • Good understanding of CMS capabilities, ecosystem, differentiators, common implementations, and typical client problems
  • Demonstrated success in B2B consultative sales with a track record of closing professional services deals
  • Experience creating and delivering sales proposals, SOWs, and pricing models for professional services
  • Familiarity selling complex digital transformation services, including discovery, implementation, and support
  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of service revenue, pipeline forecasting, margins, and contract terms
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture AEM leads through the full sales cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present to executives and technical stakeholders
  • Established network or ability to generate new leads through outbound efforts
  • Attention to detail and a high-quality mindset
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Based in United States or European Union, but able to work remotely


Nice to have requirements:

  • Experience with related Adobe products (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Exprience Platform)
  • Existing relationships with Adobe SI partners, digital agencies, or enterprise clients relevant to AEM
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or digital channels to support inbound lead generation
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with enterprise and mid-market technology buyers
  • Experience scaling a sales function for a small or mid-sized agency/consultancy
  • Multi-lingual capabilities to engage clients across diverse markets
  • Familiarity with specific industries (e.g., finance, retail, healthcare) where AEM is commonly adopted
